Cycling tour through the churches of Island Brač – 6 days

Day 1: Arrival

Arrival and accommodation. Familiarizing with the routes for the next six days.

Day 2: Pučišća Churches

Pučišća Churches. Meeting point in front of your hotel in Supetar, and the cycling tour begins. This tour takes us on a visit to the churches of Pučišća and the stone-cutting school in Pučišća. We explore several churches in Pučišća. During the ride, we have four short stops with interesting stories about these historical sacred places on the island of Brač. The trail is moderately demanding and 70 km long. Lunch is in an authentic tavern in Pučišća, followed by a tour of the churches in Splitska before returning to the hotel. Before dinner, there is a tour of the churches in Supetar.

Day 3: Selca Churches

Selca Churches tour. Meeting point in front of your hotel in Supetar, and after a 20-minute transfer to the top of Brač, the tour of old churches in Gornji Humac, Pražnice, and Gračišće, and finally Selca begins. During the ride, we have four short stops with interesting stories about these historical and sacred places on the island of Brač. After lunch on a farm, we continue the ride and visit churches in Sumartin and Povlja. The trail is not demanding and is 45 km long. After Povlja, there is a 40-minute transfer to the hotel in Supetar, where dinner is served.

Day 4: Nerežišća Churches

Nerežišća Churches tour. Meeting point in front of your hotel in Supetar, and a 15-minute transfer to Nerežišća, where the tour begins. This tour takes us through beautiful forest and field paths in the interior of the island of Brač, where we visit old churches in Dračevica, Donji Humac, and Škrip. During the ride, we have four short stops with interesting stories about these historical and sacred places. After lunch in a tavern, we return to the hotel in Supetar. The trail is not demanding and is 35 km long. After arriving at the hotel in Supetar, there is dinner and a visit to the Olive Oil Museum.

Day 5: Milna Churches

Milna Churches tour. Meeting point in front of your hotel in Supetar, where the tour begins. This tour takes us along the sea to Sutivan, Ložišće, Bobovišće, and Milna. During the ride, we explore churches and bell towers and have four short stops with interesting stories about these historical and sacred places on the island of Brač. After visiting the churches in Milna, we have lunch in a tavern and return by bike through Dračevica to Supetar. The trail is not demanding and is 50 km long. Dinner is at the hotel in Supetar.

Day 6: Departure

Transfer for 50 minutes with a ferry to Split and another 45 minutes to the airport. Departure from Split airport in the afternoon.
