Based on Article 3 and Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act (NN 103/03, 118/06, 41 / 08,130 / 11, 106/12), the tourist agency 3D Adventure takes care of the protection of all personal data collected from clients for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations towards clients. We’re aligned with GDPR, The General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data shall be any information that can be undoubtedly assigned to a person, i.e. identify his/her identity (such as name, address, OIB, JMBG, OI number, passport number, bank card number) as well as any other information whose unauthorized use can cause material and moral damage to the client/traveler.

We use the collected data when booking your accommodation, transportation, if you buy your travel insurance through us, and when paying. Data storage
All organizational and technological measures have been taken to protect client/passenger personal information from accidental loss or destruction, from unauthorized access or modification, unauthorized disclosure, and any other misuse. The Agency will deny any liability that would result from misuse of information by a third party, and for any damage that may be caused to the client/ traveler by misusing them. By denying this responsibility, the Agency does not want to reduce its liability for acting in accordance with legal regulations.
Right to inspect data
The client / traveler has the right to submit a request to the authorized person of the Agency for the purpose of exercising the right to inspect his/her personal data, and to supplement them, modify them, delete them, etc. The application can be submitted by e-mail or by fax. A client/traveler who believes that his/ her rights guaranteed by the GDPR have been violated, has the right to apply for a violation of the right to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
