• 09:00 – 18:00: Cycling, History & Authentic Flavors

  • Embark on a scenic ride along the northern coast, heading towards the historic village of Škrip, the oldest settlement on the island. Explore the fascinating Island of Brač Museum housed within a fortified castle. For lunch, brace your palate for a true Dalmatian specialty – Vitalac (lamb offal wrapped in lamb intestines and roasted on a spit). Continue your journey to the picturesque town of Pučišća, renowned for its stunning white stone and the renowned Stonemasonry School. The ride is a beautiful blend of coastal views and cultural immersion.

• 19:30: Included Dinner at a Local Tavern

  • Enjoy a well-earned dinner at a traditional konoba (tavern) in or near Pučišća, where the atmosphere is as authentic as the food.

Day 2: Into the Island’s Heart: Stone, Spit-Roast & Summits

  • A hearty start before a day of exploration inland.

• 09:00 – 19:00: Inland Villages, Culinary Peaks & Coastal Gems

  • Today, we conquer the heart of the island. Cycle through charming villages, making a stop in Nerežišća, the island’s former capital. Lunch is a highlight: savor the iconic lamb roasted on the spit, a celebratory dish prepared with generations-old expertise. The afternoon challenge (effortlessly managed on an e-bike) is a ride up to Vidova Gora, the highest peak in the Adriatic islands, for breathtaking panoramic views. We then descend into the famous town of Bol, where a visit to the acclaimed Stina Winery for a tasting of premium local wines awaits.

  • Dine in the vibrant atmosphere of Bol, reflecting on a day filled with incredible achievements and flavors.

Day 3: The Serene Southwest & A Sweet Farewell

• 07:30 – 09:00: Final Hotel Breakfast

  • Enjoy your last Brač breakfast before setting off.

• 09:30 – 16:00: Coastal Trails, Family Wines & A Memorable Finale

  • A more relaxed ride takes you through the serene landscapes of western Brač. We visit the intimate Senjković Winery for a final tasting of Brač’s finest. A leisurely lunch is enjoyed in the beautiful harbor of Milna. Don’t miss the chance to try the island’s signature dessert, Torta Hrapaćuša. We then make our way back to Supetar.

• 17:00: Hotel Check-out

  • Time to freshen up and collect your luggage.

• 18:00: Farewell Dinner at a Family Farm (OPG)

  • A truly special conclusion to your journey. Experience the warmth of Brač’s hospitality with a final dinner at a local family farm, enjoying hyper-local produce and traditional home-cooking.

• 19:00: Departure Process Begins

  • Your organized transfer takes you to the ferry in Supetar for your return crossing to Split.

• 19:30: Airport Transfer

  • Upon arrival in Split, a vehicle will be waiting for your direct transfer to Split Airport.

• 21:00: Departure from Split Airport

  • Board your flight home, carrying with you the unforgettable memories, tastes, and spirit of the island of Brač.
